Founder and CEO, Professor Fiona Forbes, is an experienced change agent, leader, writer, collaborator and educator. She has a track record of building, developing and transforming education organisations and ensuring they have the tools to deliver sustained excellence in outcomes and standards.

Fiona was the President of the International Confederation of Principals 2017 – 2018 and served on executive board for 6 years. She has led a national principals professional association for almost 20 years. She has been on numerous advisory committees to the Australian Federal Government and globally with Microsoft and OECD.
