Reimagined Leadership Series
The first wave of the current crisis that is Covid-19 has hit the world. We have seen schools across the globe experiencing unprecedented and rapid change to every facet of school life. The analogy of ‘building the plane while flying it’ has never been more accurate especially in education. How have you coped? How have you pivoted education? What have you learned? Are you ready for a second wave?
The Reimagined Leadership Series offers insights into the latest knowledge and skills needed by leaders in a crisis and beyond. It builds on your current skills set with new ways of working in a rapid scale transition. The Series uses a collegiate support model of delivery and encourages participants to share ideas and challenge thinking in this supportive co-construction environment. It gives participants opportunity to investigate and practice new ways of working using a reflective approach to their leadership.
The Series is designed to be action learning, bespoke and timely.
